What's the Process?

Dubsado Done in a Day is designed to be as simple and efficient as possible.

Following our discovery call, you will choose a date for your VIP day. Pay in full or make a 50% deposit to reserve your spot. Keep in mind that, while we will not be on Zoom all day, you will need to be available virtually to answer clarifying questions. You will be given your official VIP Welcome Kit, which will include important information about scheduling your day and prework that must be completed.

You’ll have 2 prework assignments before our VIP Day: a questionnaire about your company and what your Dubsado currently looks like, as well as a checklist to ensure that all necessary content is available and ready to use on your VIP day. Your completed prework assignments are due 5 days before your VIP day in order for our VIP Day to be a success.

Your VIP Day will begin with a strategy session to map out your ideal workflows, which will automate tasks and save you and your clients time, confusion, and frustration. You will have complete control over what is done automatically and what requires your approval within the workflows. For the remainder of the day, I will create and test all of the workflows and assets, as well as customize all of the best features in Dubsado to work for your business.

Once the setup is complete, we’ll spend an hour doing a live walkthrough and you can ask any questions you have. After your day is finished, I’ll send the recorded walkthrough video of your new system so you can review as needed, as well as a link to all of your uploaded assets. You’ll have 14 days of ongoing support after your VIP day. Please feel free to ask any questions you have about your new system so that I can assist you in becoming more acquainted.
