CONNECTION CALL

RESERVE YOUR DATE

After our call, you’ll receive your proposal, contract, and invoice so you can secure your VIP Intensive dates with a 50% deposit.

PREPARATION

After submitting your deposit, you’ll receive a welcome guide and your pre-work questionnaire. It’s essential to clarify what we need to measure and why we’re measuring it so your dashboard can have maximum impact. The pre-work is due 72 hours before your kickoff call.

STRATEGY CALL

On day one, we start with a strategy kickoff call to deep dive into your data, determine a strategic framework of KPIs for your dashboard, and authenticate needed data connections. During the setup process, you can get back to work (or relax!) while your custom dashboard is built.

WALKTHROUGH CALL

On day two, we’ll take you on a full tour of your new dashboard to show you how to use it to get the information you need and answer any questions you have.

SUPPORT PERIOD

Following the delivery of your dashboard, you’ll have 30 days of ongoing email or Slack support. We want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make decisions in one place and that you’re comfortable and empowered when turning to your dashboard for answers.

In order to accommodate different time zones, the VIP Intensive spans 2 days. On day 1, we will hold our 90-minute strategy call and your dashboard will be built. You will need to be available via Slack or Voxer in case I need feedback or if you need to authenticate a data connection. For that reason, it’s best not to choose a date on which you have multiple other meetings and appointments. On day 2, we hold our 60-minute walkthrough call. 

Each dashboard is custom built to ensure that we are addressing the needs and goals of your specific business. During the strategy call, we will determine which metrics are best suited for your dashboard.

Your dashboard will be hosted on Klipfolio.

Yes! However, we will first discuss together if multiple dashboards are needed. An additional dashboard will increase the investment of your VIP package. Please mention this when booking your connection call.

The investment for Dashboard Accelerator is $4,500. You can either pay 100% upfront or pay a 50% deposit to reserve your dates. The final 50% is due 3 days before your VIP package dates. Please note that your bill must be paid in full before your VIP days can commence.

You get 30 days of 1:1 support via email or Slack. I want you to feel 100% confident in using and getting answers from your new dashboard.

If you prefer to remain hands-off, we do offer ongoing maintenance packages for clients.

The dashboard software is provided at no additional cost for the duration of the support period. After the support period ends, the account will be transferred to you. Klipfolio plans vary depending upon needed features and start at $0 per month.
